As you can see by the map, the camp is located in the urban area of Oshawa. This has many benefits. The camp is easily accessed via public transportation, there are restaurants and grocery stores close by, water taps are supplied from the fresh municipal water, and the City of Oshawa operates a public swimming pool on the grounds.
Because the grounds are withn the city limits, there are houses surrounding the camping areas, so there are restrictions on the size of live campfires.

Getting Here:
By Road: Exit at Oshawa - Ritson Road exit and follow Ritson Road north 8.1 km to Conlin Road East. Turn left. The entrance to the camp is 700 m ahead on the left. Follow the camp road to the main parking area or watch for signs directing you.
By GO Transit Bus from Toronto: Take the best route to Ontario Tech University campus at 2000 Simcoe St North. Walk north to the intersection of Simcoe St and Conlin Rd (traffic light). Walk east along Conlin Road past the Royal Bank and enter the campsite just over the bridge (driveway). Estimated distance 700 m.
By Air: Fly into Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and let us know when you are arriving, we will assist with local transportation to the campsite. About 75 km from the campsite or 1 hour 32 minutes by public transportation (bus).
