Food plan is based on the Canada Food Guide and allows you to enjoy hot meals without having to bring cooking & cleaning equipment, stoves, and cold storage. You are expected to bring a "mess kit" with your personal plate, bowl, cup and cutlery. We will provide washing stations at each meal to clean up afterwards.

Breakfast: Pancakes, Breakfast Sausage Links, Cereal, Toast, Yogurt, Seasonal Fruit, Beverage station.
Lunch: Grilled Cheese, Vegetable Soup, Carrot & Celery Sticks, Seasonal Fruit, Beverage station.
Dinner: BBQ meat selection, Potatoes, Garden Salad, Sweet dessert, Beverage station.
